2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider (Erdal Pehlivanoglu) undertakes to provide professional services with competence and diligence, in accordance with the legal and ethical standards of the field. The reports and analyses provided are intended exclusively for the client and their internal use.

The Client undertakes to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the performance of the services. The client acknowledges that final investment or financial operation decisions are their exclusive responsibility, and the provider does not assume responsibility for the results obtained following these decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our strategic consulting and financial audit services are informational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific results, profits, or the avoidance of losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or opportunity losses.

4. Payment Terms and Withdrawals

Service fees are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the agreement concluded. Any change in the scope or field of work may involve a revision of costs. Specific refund or cancellation conditions are detailed in the individual service contract. We do not offer refunds for services already provided and completed.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, respecting the notice periods stipulated in the contract. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated by publishing the updated version on our website and will take effect on the date of publication. Continued use of the services after this date constitutes your acceptance.
